19:10 CET - CONFIRMED - Al Hilal have announced the signing of England striker Ollie Watkins from Aston Villa. Financial details were not disclosed, but British media reported the Saudi Pro League side paid £51 million for Watkins, who has signed a three-year contract.

The Turkish giants announced the deal on social media, confirming they will pay a transfer fee of €38 million and that Leao has signed a four-year deal. 09:30 CET - As per David Ornstein, Liverpool have finally completed an agreement to sign Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain after weeks of negotiation, with the Reds set to pay up to €145 million for the France international. According to reports, Barcola will undergo his medical this weekend ahead of signing a five-year deal on Merseyside.
Ben Jacobs has reported that PSG lowered their initial asking price down from almost €170m, but the fee agreed still puts Barcola near the top of the most expensive Premier League purchases ever, assuming all add-on conditions are met.

08:35 CET - As reported yesterday, Rafael Leao looks set to move to Galatasaray from AC Milan imminently. In a confirmation of his departure from the Serie A giants, the Portuguese winger bade an emotional farewell to the club after the side's win over Venezia on Friday evening.

19:21 CET - As per John Percy and other reporters, Nottingham Forest have agreed to sign Chelsea striker Liam Delap for around €61 million, a club record fee.
Percy also reports that Chelsea are in talks to sell fellow striker Nicolas Jackson to Aston Villa.
17:50 CET - CONFIRMED - Manchester United have announced the signing of Cameroon midfielder Carlos Baleba from Premier League rivals Brighton in a deal worth a reported £70 million. Baleba has signed a five-year deal with the Red Devils.
"It is an incredible feeling to join the club of my dreams," Baleba told United's official website. "Playing at Old Trafford is always special, but the opportunity to do so as a Manchester United player will be a real honour."
