Tudor has lost all four of his matches in charge since taking interim charge from Thomas Frank and will now head to Anfield on Sunday afternoon to try and push the side away from the relegation zone.
Spurs lie just a point above 18th-placed West Ham and Nottingham Forest in 17th spot and must salvage points against Liverpool and Forest next week if they are to stay up.
Tottenham must stand up and fight
Tudor first sent a message to doubters and rallied his squad, who he says must start to fight and believe in themselves.
“Tough. For sure. Not just because of the last game but because of the period. Not easy situation, not easy moment. Big challenge to change things. Like everything in life, you can choose how to see the situation.
“You can cry or you can fight. You can be the victim, or you can change something. This is the message I communicated to the players. The bottle is either half empty or half full.
“Those who stand up with the courage to change these things will become better people and players afterwards.
“I said it's about all of us. Not about all this bulls***.”
Romero and Palhinha out
After sending his defiant message, Tudor next touched upon teams news and confirmed Joao Palhinha and Cristian Romero are out for the game.
"No, no. They are out. Micky (van de Ven) is also out. (Yves) Bissouma is out with a muscle (injury). Conor (Gallagher) has some fever, but probably will be in.
"We have a lot of problems to make the first eleven. This is how it is at this club. It happens all the time. We start to build something and then something happens, like a red card in the last game or three or four injuries.
"It is very rare, I have never had this situation in my career where you have two players missing every game. It is very unusual, but you have to accept this and try and change the things we can change. These things we cannot."
Reports state that Tudor may be let go if he suffers his 5th defeat in a row this weekend as the likes of Sean Dyche line up to take the position in what could be the club's 4th manager of what has been a disastrous season so far.
