League leaders PSV, who play away at Sparta Rotterdam and need a win to secure their second-straight league title, remain unchanged and play with the same 11 names as in their 4-1 win over Heracles Almelo last Wednesday. Right-back Sergino Dest keeps fellow American Richard Ledezma on the bench, and Ismael Saibari gets the nod over Guus Til for the second game running.
In-form veteran Ivan Perisic retains his spot on the right wing in what could be his last game for PSV. The Croatian former World Cup finalist scored in four of the last five games he appeared in, scoring six goals in the process.

Meanwhile, Ajax manager Francesco Farioli changed his side in five places. The Amsterdam side, who are down a point after conceding a 99th-minute equaliser in last Wednesday's game against FC Groningen, start with Owen Wijndal, Lucas Rosa, Davy Klaassen, Youri Regeer, and Steven Berghuis in the home game against FC Twente. That means Jorthy Mokio, Kian Fitz-Jim, Mika Godts, and Bertrand Traore will start on the bench. Suspended right-back Anton Gaaei misses out on Ajax's last game of the season.
Kenneth Taylor will play on paper as the left winger, Lucas Rosa replaces Gaaei on the right side of the defence.

A surprising name on the Ajax bench is Oliver Edvardsen. The Norwegian winger was said to have sustained a season-ending knee injury, as announced by Francesco Farioli before last Sunday's game against NEC, but could appear against FC Twente after all.
Both games kick off at 14.30 CET.
