Littler was booed and whistled during the World Series Finals in both his matches against Danny Noppert and Nathan Aspinall. The reigning world champion said he wouldn't visit the Netherlands anymore if it persisted.
"If the Dutch stay like this, then I'm not going to do any Euro tours over there," he said on Saturday. "There's just no point in me travelling, wasting my time while I'm getting booed. I just want to play my darts, obviously sign autographs.
"The past two nights, I've done nothing; I've just walked off stage without thanking anybody. There's no point thanking everyone when they are booing me."
Just as he's done with events in Germany, Littler has seemingly stayed true to his word by cancelling his entry to the Dutch Darts Championship in Maastricht, which will be held between October 16 and 18.
Along with Littler, Gary Anderson and Josh Rock have withdrawn from the event. They are replaced by Sebastian Białecki, Cristo Reyes, and Martin Schindler, with the latter getting bumped to a seed along with Jermaine Wattimena and Luke Woodhouse.
Littler had already withdrawn from the Players Championships in 's-Hertogenbosch on October 29th and 30th.
