The world number one overcame the odds to defeat Josh Rock, Gerwyn Price and Luke Humphries in Scotland - securing his second consecutive nightly win after triumphing in Liverpool last time out.
Littler enjoyed a solid opener after beating Rock 6-3 before a dominant display against Price in the semi-finals, coming out on top with a 6-1 victory.
His best performance of the night came in the showpiece event, though, coming from behind to beat eternal rival Humphries 6-5.
The 19-year-old found himself 5-3 down at one point in the final but averaged 104.11 and hit eight 140+ scores to ensure he completed an impressive comeback.
"I always want to be top of the table," Littler admitted.
"I want to chase and hopefully break my own records. I felt comfortable tonight, my practice was going well and I was glad to bring it on to the stage.
"In the last two weeks, I've definitely deserved the wins, but Luke (Humphries) played very well there, and if he carries that on to next week, he'll have a good chance."
Just four players can qualify for finals night on Thursday, May 28th, and Littler secured his spot after back-to-back nightly wins - he will be joined by Jonny Clayton, who is also through.
Price and Michael van Gerwen occupy the remaining two spots in the top four but are followed closely by Gian van Veen and Humphries with two weeks remaining.
