The 19th week (August 11th to August 17th) of the 2025 MLB season is over with and we're giving you the 15 best highlights!

A notable moment that happened this past week that is not in the top 15 is Pete Alonso setting the record for most home runs by a New York Mets player in franchise history.

Now, let's get into the highlights!

15. Gunnar Henderson spinning play

Baltimore Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson had to react quickly to get the out at first!

14. Colorado Rockies catch for the win

Colorado Rockies relief pitcher Juan Mejia held on to the ball mid-air collision to give the Rockies the win!

13. Jake Burger walk-off

After being done 5-1, Jake Burger and the Texas Rangers completed the comeback with a walk-off in extra innings!

12. Jackson Holliday walk-off

Baltimore Orioles young star Jackson Holliday not only hit his first career walk-off, but the team's first for the 2025 season!

11. Noelvi Marte guns Harper at home

Cincinnati Reds right fielder Noevli Marte locked and loaded before gunning Bryce Harper out at the plate!

10. Steward Berroa guns down runner

Milwaukee Brewers Steward Berroa launched a cannon to home plate!

9. Jung-Ho Lee between-the-legs catch

Another week goes by, another amazing juggling catch - this time from San Francisco Giants centerfielder Jung Ho Lee!

8. Masyn Winn diving stop

St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Masyn Win was going to get the out by any means necessary!

7. Los Angeles Angels triple play

The Los Angeles Angels turned just the second triple play of the 2025 MLB season on August 12th - put it in the record books!

6. Caleb Durbin tough play

Milwaukee Brewers third baseman took a play out of Winn's arsenal, staying with the ball to make an amazing throw over to first for the out!

5. Jakob Marsee's first multi-homer game

The Miami Marlins are loaded with young talent and Jakob Marsee has taken the league by storm, especially with a two-home run game where he finished with seven RBI while going 4-5!

After the game, Marsee was asked what his favorite part was, to which he replied, "The win."

4. Davis Schneider Superman catch

Toronto Blue Jays left fielder Davis Schneider went full Superman to let Cubs rookie Owen Caissee know his first major league hit wouldn't come easy!

3. Brandon Young's near-perfect game

Baltimore Orioles rookie starting pitcher Brandon Young almost went the distance against the Houston Astros this past week. 

The scoreboard gave Ramon Urias the hit that broke it, while some argued that it should've been an error, which would've kept his perfect game alive. Either way, the rookie showed out in front of family and friends in his home state of Texas!

2. Nolan McLean double play

Remember - pitchers win Gold Glove awards, too! This double play by New York Mets pitcher Nolan McLean showed exactly why that is.

1. Brewers make franchise history with 13th and 14th straight wins

Despite the Reds playing spoiler, ending their streak on Sunday (watch here), the Milwaukee Brewers' franchise-tying 13th straight win, then their record-breaking 14th straight, were both pure cinema. Enjoy the highlights from both!
