The Banner was given a tip on January 9th and began investigating the incident immediately. The six women (massage therapists) part of the lawsuit have remained anonymous but gave very detailed and consistent reports on Tucker's behaviour.
The Ravens kicker immediately released a statement shortly after the article was published, denying every accusation against him and calling them "unequivocally false."
The course of events that happened between 2012 and 2016 occurred at multiple massage parlours across Baltimore, of which Tucker has been banned from for quite some time, which he also denied.
"Mr. Tucker has never behaved inappropriately during any massage therapy session, and certainly never in the manner described," said Tuckers' lawyers from the Claire Locke law firm. "Any suggestion to the contrary is a fictitious and utterly baseless claim."
Users on X did some digging, even pulling up old tweets of people calling out Tucker's behaviour, which align with the report that came out.
Most of the women said they had never known each other before the string of incidents despite all having consistency in their accusations of Tuckers' behaviour, citing forced indecent exposure during sessions, and much more, with Tucker also leaving behind "wet spots" on the tables as well.
"I can't watch sports anymore," one of the women told The Banner.
"That is not normal massage behaviour," said another. "I did hundreds of massages and I never had someone else do that."
"The only reason nothing's being done so far is because it's Justin Tucker."
