1. Raiders: Fernando Mendoza (QB, Indiana)
The reigning Heisman Trophy winner is set to become the face of the Raiders franchise going forward.
Mendoza earned First-Team All-American honors and was awarded both the 2025 Davey O'Brien Award for best quarterback and the 2025 Maxwell Award for most outstanding player in the nation.
He led Indiana to a perfect 16-0 season and capped it off with the program's first-ever National Championship.
The 22-year-old finished the 2025 season with 3,535 passing yards, a career-best 41 passing touchdowns, and a 72% completion percentage.
Mendoza also put up a career-high 276 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns, finishing the year with a total of 3,811 yards and 48 touchdowns with just six interceptions.
2. Jets: David Bailey (EDGE, Texas Tech)
Bailey is now the highest-drafted defensive player in the history of Texas Tech after earning unanimous All-American honors after just one season with TTU.
He led the FBS with 14.5 sacks, along with 19.5 tackles for loss, 13 quarterback hurries, and three forced fumbles.
3. Cardinals: Jermiyah Love (RB, Notre Dame)
Love became the first in Notre Dame history to win the Doak Walker Award for best running back in the nation after posting 1,372 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground, along with 280 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns.
